“You’re no son of mine!” Tyrion said this when he was shot dead by his son’s arrow. He’s never really acknowledged Tyrion as his son and has always had him as his disgrace. Why?
We know Aerys was attracted to Tywin’s wife, Joanna. What if Tyrion is their love child and Tywin knows about it but can’t acknowledge it because that would bring shame to the family’s name?
This would also mean that Tyrion is a Targaryen but a bastard. Though that won’t stop him from riding a dragon. How cool!
